Massage Rates 2011

Relaxation / Wellness Massage / Therapeutic/ Spa

The initial visit includes a health history consultation to develop the most appropriate approach to your needs.

Standard Pricing for Credit Card / Debit Card Charge, Insurance Billing, Payment agreements.

Medical Massage

Medical massage is by prescription from your doctor and may be billed to Workers Compensation for work place injury or to your insurance company for personal injury claims. The cost for Medical Massage includes providing documentation to your doctor, insurance company and/or legal team whether you are seeking reimbursement for paying out of pocket or for our office to direct bill for your treatments. Medical Massage is billed in quarter hour units at $18.75 per unit. Please call the office for more information.

Cancellation Policy

This time has been reserved for you. However we realize that conflicts arise. Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to change your schedule. A $45.00 fee will be charged in the absence of sufficient notice. Exceptions apply such as illness, accident, etc.

Fitness Rates

The initial visit includes a health history consultation to develop the most appropriate approach to your needs. (Note: the full health consultation is optional. A brief fitness assessment may be substituted avoiding the 90-minute charge).

	Fitness Assessment (90 minutes. see description) $150.00
	Fitness Assessment with 6 weeks training $420.00 (inc. 1-session per week, pre-paid package)
	Continuing training (1x week x 6 weeks) $270.00 ( pre-paid package)
	Continuing training (2x week x 6 weeks) $540.00 ( pre-paid package)
	Individual training sessions are based on $50.00 per hour.

Note: Combined massage and fitness packages available, please inquire.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Rates

	30 minute session $ 30.00
	60 minute session $ 60.00
	series of 3-60 min $162.00 (10% discount for packages)

Free 15 minute initial telephone consultation to help you determine if this would be of benefit for you.

We can work over the phone with EFT very effectively.

On-site Seated Massage- A typical seated chair massage is 10-20 minutes. the client remains fully clothed. The session provides a relaxing, rejuvenating break. It helps to raise the spirits and reduce the tensions that are responsible for many overuse injuries. No oils are used. The neck, shoulders, back, head and arms are massaged. Available for businesses, conferences, workshops and social events. Please call for pricing.

Reiki Rates

Reiki - 1 hour sessions are $60.00

Reiki Classes - please call for pricing

Level 1

Includes attunement, history, ethics and practice

Level 2

Includes attunement, distance healing, ethics and practice.

Level 3 Master

Includes attunement, teacher training.

Payment Options

We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards. If payment in full is a problem, we may be able to set up a payment schedule for you or in some cases a sliding scale fee. Please feel free to inquire.

Therapeutic massage may be covered under personal injury or workers compensation with a prescription from your doctor.
