Sample Fitness Reports Below is a sample of some of the reports available to help you track your progress. You need only track what is important to you related to your goals. Sometimes tracking helps us to see improvements that may otherwise not be apparent. For example, if your goal is to loose weight for instance, only watching the scale may not show the whole picture. One of the most efficient ways to loose weight is to increase lean tissue mass (increase muscle). An increase in lean tissue will increase your body's metabolic rate thus burning calories even when you are not exercising. You will be loosing fat weight but because muscle weighs more than fat the total amount of weight lost may not be a true indicator of your improving health and fitness rating. Therefore tracking % of body fat will be a more accurate method than simply weight loss. Other areas of tracking can include flexibility, strength, girth measurements, and cardio respiratory improvements. Many of these areas you will actually feel the difference. The fit of your clothes will change, your ability to move will improve, task will require less effort, not to mention health benefits such as reduced stress levels, better sleep, improved digestion and elimination and more energy.
