EVENTS Reiki Share Come share Reiki healing on Sunday March 15th,1:30-4:pm (weather permitting) Reiki share is a time for practitioners and the public to come and receive and give Reiki healing. No experience is necessary. Reiki share provides an opportunity to learn about and experience Reiki or for practitioners to give and practice their healing skills. Treatments are 15-20 minutes in length, come and stay as long or little as you wish. Donations are accepted but not required. Reiki Classes Sylvia is again teaching Reiki I & II classes on an ongoing basis. Usui Reiki is a powerful but simple to learn healing tool both for self-healing or to use with others. Lincoln County News Interview w/ Sylvia March 5th issue Using EFT to help children with stress, performance issues, and school challenges using Tappy Bear and EFT. Many children are receiving benefit using EFT for improving grades, sports performance, sleeping problems and improving self-esteem. Keep an eye out for this interview.

EFT/ Emotional Freedom Techniques for Stress Relief. Learn how to simply and quickly relieve stress and anxiety using this healing technique. EFT has also been called "Acupuncture without needles" and is extremely effective at quickly reducing stress and anxiety in any situation. Article; Sorry, no article this month. I (Dana) am currently involved with 2 concurrent courses; Myoskeletal Alignment and Metabolic Typing. I am excited to learn these additional skills that will translate into greater effectiveness in addressing chronic health issues.
